"Walked in store at 12:40 pm, and employee (Asst. Mngr) informed me it was closed due to him being out to lunch. The doors were open and there was no sign. When I returned, employee was unfriendly and did not want to provide service until I approached him to help with an order. Even then, he assisted with a very poor and disinterested attitude. When I reviewed my receipt that evening, the receipt reflected an additional $4 "Donation Roundup" charge, which I did not authorize. I am currently waiting for a call back from the Manager to discuss this theft, because adding unauthorized charges to my card IS theft."
