"Great guys to work with and treated my classic with lots of respect. Got the job done for the price they said over the phone and done the next day. Would recommend them again."
"Love these guys, they take great care of our family's cars. No BS, beyond fair prices. They'll tell you up front what can be done and if it's worth doing. Definitely a 5/5."
"Don’t go, you will regret! I gave this shop an ENTIRE year to make right on there work. In the end, I paid for a non-working AC. A supposed new radiator that now overheats and more leaks on my vehicle than when it came in. $2200 down the drain!"
"Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely trash customer service. Supposed to get full exhaust headers back installed by them. Originally a 2 day job. I carried in my own mufflers, tips and electric cutouts and trailed the truck over an hour to them. Day 2 comes, I call them, hey how's it going? Shop* We had to order a special pipe bend for you, it'll be here tomorrow. OK, no problem. Lmk as I have to drive so far for it. Day 3, I call at 4pm, hey, looking like we'll finish today? Shop* no, parts didn't get delivered OK, no big deal. Day 5, I call again 4pm, hey buddy, how's it looking? Shop* well, parts still haven't come in, they'll be here tomorrow, (Saturday). We'll have it done by Monday morning OK, cool, see you Monday. Today rolls around and no call, no message, I wait til 4 again without hearing a word. Hook the trailer, drive an hour and 15 minutes. It's still on the service rack, I do not see my exhaust tips on it from a distance. 4 employees sitting around in the shop hear me say an expletive when I look under it and see it took them a week to get a foot of pipe installed... Guy I dealt with gets up and walks over. *yea, sorry man my welder went down today and we've been busy. I look around and count 3 welders in eyesight from outside... I say, you could've called me man, you have my number and know I have to drive over an hour. *shop guy. Yea, I'm sorry man we were just busy today. Dude, this is unacceptable business. Mind you there were several guys and and an O'Reilly employee sitting in a pow wow circle when I arrived an hour before closing. He starts going up with the lift like he's gonna start working on it and I told him Nah man, we ain't doing business, put it down I'm taking it back home. My original exhaust was already in the scrap pile, parts I had brought needed to be located by another employee somewhere in the shop instead of locked up in the cab where they found them. As I'm loading up I get a "good luck finding someone else to do it". How this business stays in operation with ethics of this caliber blows my mind. I wouldn't trust this "hot rod garage" to rotate your tires"
"Have a few issues with my vehicle one being my door hinge broke and I have a check engine light on Brian and BD fix my door and went the extra step to adjust it ran the computer system on my car to figure out why the check engine light is on and I set up a plan to start getting these issues fixed. These guys went above and beyond great customer service would recommend for anyone they have low fare prices and they treat you like family"
