"Kudos to Albert and his crew. My laptop hinge broke and "the other" repair shop in town barely glanced at it before saying it would be too expensive to repair, my machine would be obsolete soon, and I should definitely buy one of their tiny, basic, refurbished laptops instead. When I went to Local Tech for a second opinion, they were very professional and said the repair would be no problem. Albert ended up doing pretty much a complete rebuild when additional damage was discovered once they got into it. Had my machine back in just a few days, good as new and at a very reasonable cost. (Definitely much less than a new or refurbished laptop) I'm good to go for at least a couple more years before it might be obsolete! Thanks Local Tech!"
