"Not too good,I brought dome muck boots back cause water was going in. But they told me that they only give 30 days warranty.I didnt even used them in the first 30 days. The company that makes them told me to take them there that they have 1 yr. They should exchange them at the place you bought them . Waiting till Monday to call the company back we'll see who will exchange them."

"Will not be shopping at bootbarn any more and will let everyone i know in the surrounding area not to shop here as well as they only had one pair of boots for what I wanted however since their was some damage I asked for a discount on them due to the damage the blonde I'm assuming manager said no they can count it as damage Even though there was a gouge in them.. but she was more interested in her phone anyway ... Unfortunately I work in the oilfields and need new boots every couple months both steel and non steel toe... will have to find somwhere else to get boots now"

"I am very disappointed in the Cody James boots that I bought. First day I wore them, they already had my feet wet. For the price of them and them claiming that they're waterproof, I'd expect for my feet to be dry when only get a little bit of water on them. My buddy and I bought the same boots and he has the same complaint. No wonder there are no returns on any of their boots. I'll stick to red wings from now on. They hardly ever disappoint.
