"Just Wow!! So I bought a pair of shoes online in the store (they did not have my size). Once I received them, they weren’t for me. So I head up to the store to see if I can return them. Turns out I threw out my receipt and the email they had on file for me had a misplaced letter so the only way I could return them at full value was to have a receipt. I was bummed! However, like a super hero, Dee approaches me and ask me if I remember who checked me out. I did. He was actually working too. Dee asks Josh if he can search his transactions for the day I purchased in store. He HAPPILY agrees to! You guys! After about 10 minutes, they find my receipt!! I was able to get a full refund!! For that kind and tedious gesture, I turned around and picked out a new pair of shoes from Champs!! Not only that but Dee had me try on a similar.color of shoe to be certain i’d appreciate the way they looked on my feet before we did another online order for my size. (Who goes above and beyond like that??) I’m thrilled about my purchase to say the least, and from my experience here and the kind souls they have employed, CHAMPS will forever be my FIRST stop when looking for shoes!!
