"We got Christmas gifts and tried to take back several items for store credit. They refused to take back the items for store credit and even refused to allow us just to change the sizes. Management was rude and totally incompetent will never buy from this brand or the store again."
"The Gen Zish staff was nice enough though aloof. They saw me struggling to put 2 outfits together and couldn’t be bothered. When I asked specific questions they did answer them but it felt like pulling teeth. There was no enthusiasm or proactive effort to make recommendations. I typically enjoy my visits to Athleta as I always find great outfits. I left this location a little frustrated and plan to return one of the items as I was never able to find a top to go with it."

"Went to the store off Lamar Blvd for the first time and customer service was horrible. I was greeted but that was about it. The girls did not offer to help until I asked multiple times for things. The Athleta store at the domain is way better. The women there are polite, helpful, and welcoming."
