"I got a boot barn gift card for my birthday and wanted to go to boot barn to see the balance on the card, before I went to the store I peeled off the sticker on the card, I thought it would maybe say the balance on the gift card but I was a code and it never said to not peel off the sticker, we went to the cashier but they told us that they couldn’t scan it because the code was peeled off but it has never been used. Although employees were nice and gently attend us and know that it’s not their fault I couldn’t use the money in the gift card and they never gave a solution to the problem even thought the gift card had money and it was never used."
