"Their sale prices were great for the men. The only thing is that most of the women's sales are on small clothes. Spoiler alert, not all us women are tiny or small. They do have a nice men's selection and great sales though."

"I usually have nothing but good things to say about h&m however today was a little disappointing. I was in the fitting room trying on clothes while my friend was waiting outside of the fitting room for me, a employee walked up to us and said “we only allow one person in the fitting room at a time.” I replied back with “we know, he is just waiting outside for me.” I have shopped at h&m for years and have never been informed of this rule, as my mother usually always comes in the same fitting room as me and I see everyone else doing the same. I felt as though we were being profiled because we look young. The attitude the employee had towards us when she told us was not okay. She walked in the fitting room when we walked in, and she left it when we left it. I still continued to purchase my clothes that I wanted but i’m not sure if i will return to this h&m location due to how uncomfortable the employee made us feel."

"While this isn’t the best H&M I have been to (after all it’s in KILLeen), it is always very clean and organized. I go there quite often and I have never ever been asked if I needed assistance or help finding something. I have to agree with the other reviewers mentioning that the sales associates love having full-blown conversations with each other, ignoring customers. Checking out goes smoothly and whoever is working the register is generally very nice. Usually things are available that you see online or in the app, so that’s also nice!"

"I gave three stars only because the ladies working in the ladies section offered great customer service BUT the man working in that section was on his phone the whole time. He was having full blown conversations too. I am VERY big on customer service. He was NOT on break or at home so why was he on the phone...no it was not an emergency call or a family call."

"Store is large for a city the size of Killeen. It is clean and organized. As I wondered the store no employees greeted me let alone asked if I needed help. Large sign indicate a $9.99 item of the week. Nothing inside showing what that mystery item might be."
