"Absolutely loved this place! We will definitely be returning…hopefully sooner rather than later. Highly recommend the tamarind chicken and the green beans. The steak bavette was perfectly cooked too!"
"It was our first time here. We were a party of two and we saw the sign of the weekend brunch being advertised. We ordered the classic breakfast and the waffles. We decided to have some fruit as a starter and it was fresh cut but it was just fruit; no granola or yogurt to pair it with. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection and we loved the Asian infusion on some of the dishes like the avocado and edamame mixed together. The place is well decorated and you can see the mix of the two cultures. The con is that the place does not have convenient restrooms and they are shared with the bar downstairs. Overall, a great place for downtown brunch and definitely coming back. Well done!"
"Had an early dinner before our show at the Majestic. Great Happy Hour prices and selection. Super fun drink menu. We started with the fried mushrooms which were lightly battered and very tasty. Then had the dumplings with chili oil on the side, the blistered green beans and the corn waffle. Everything was fresh. Loved all the sauces that were on the dishes. I will definitely be back to try some sushi and other bigger plate items. This is definitely a good place to share and try lots of different dishes."
"As usual, the customer service is most important thing to me. They were under manned and was still able to provide excellent customer service, that says a lot about their team. Usually when a staff is stressed, tempers flare, and attitudes show, but the crew kept their composure and still provided quality customer service if there was an issue, they resolved it as soon as possible if we had questions dthey answered them. (That’s all you can ask for cause people are human and error will happen but how they respond is what matters most) So we had the milk toast which had raspberries blueberries, strawberries cream cheese, citrus curd with mint. I recommend you had a little drizzle honey not too much it taste like a fruit lemonade with creamy touch. This reminded me of the Brazilian lemonade with fruit in food form. I also had chicken and waffles, which had pickled squash and tomatoes chicken had a nice little kick and the sweetness came from like some type of caramel goodness that they drizzled on the plate in a little bit on the waffles. The flavors come together masterfully. My wife had steak and eggs with greens and chimichurri sauce. She enjoyed it!They had a real nice ambience heard quite a few songs that I like that they played and it’s a very social atmosphere brunch. This place is good for first dates brunch tho not dinner fellas. If you’re doing dinner its good to bring family from out of town or some friends that don’t get out much, or people really enjoy to a place like this it’s very centralized cause it’s downtown so you can eat there and go somewhere else nice."
"My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. The staff was amazing, every dish was delicious and had layers of flavor and the drinks were really special. Our server Roxie was the best and she even brought us a surprise for our celebration. She was super knowledgeable about each dish and ingredient with great suggestions for us. We appreciated the hospitality and would love to come back! We also had a Painkiller downstairs at the other bar which was delicious and smooth."
