"We just had a new system installed by Blue Ribbon Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and the experience was exceptionally good. We have lived in our home for 17 years and this is our third A/C replacement (we have two units). We have worked with two previous companies and Blue Ribbon is a much more positive experience because of the knowledgeable and professional technicians they have. We reached out to Blue Ribbon because we felt our upstairs unit was not performing well in spite of an annual maintenance inspection with another company that didn’t turn up any issues. Blue Ribbon did in fact discover a leak and some other problems that were affecting the performance of our unit. "I was referred to Blue Ribbon by the company that had worked on our commercial HVAC systems for years, after they recently retired. From the get-go Blue Ribbon was great about communicating when they'd be out via an email confirmation, which coincided with what I had been told during my initial service call the day before. The turn around time was quick and the service tech, Madison, arrived on time. He was great about going over everything that he was going to do, so that there were no surprises. He figured out the problem and got the unit back up and running quickly, even giving me a heads up about a few things that will need my attention in the near future, but with other costly repairs I needed to make for my business at the time, could wait.
