"Sent Texas Lights Smith a picture of a hood they previously made, advertised and sold. They assured me they could duplicate it. The took my money and sent me a hood that is NOT the right color, material or design and now they are saying the hood I ordered and designed my kitchen after can not be recreated."

I had some custom accessories ordered with them, and they got everything correct down to the last detail. I did everything over the phone and by emails. Really impressed. Product is a showpiece.
