"I lOVVEEEEEE the boba there especially the rose Gobi but just really expensive for a boba that just take like 3 minutes and we pay like 1-10 dollars I think everything is fine just lower down the prices"

"The guy was rude, hair is greasy and puffy all over my drink, yuck. He didn’t even want to hear my question and directed me to the counter. I’ve been there so many times and the boba is ALWAYS hard. I have better luck at Hannah banana and it’s also not the best there either. I’ve given up on finding quality boba. Rude customer service WAYYYYY OVERPRICED 8$ for a boba that’s HARD???? NO thank you. Wish I could get a refund I’ve spent like $50 there so far and each time the boba feels a day old. Nasty."

"I visited twice this month and observed a couple of things. I thought it could be overlooked but it did make us ill this time. The first time I went I noticed the cashier was handling cash and fixing drinks as well. No gloves or regards for sanitation. The second time, the cashier was covered in animal fur and preparing drinks. Stations were all very dirty. The boba was old. Please check and review the food safety standards with your staff. Thank you."

"The names, as others have stated, are different and a bit confusing. All that aside, the product is solid and very tasty. My wife, which is a boba fanatic, understood the names by the ingredients. Our favorite so far is the “Lady Dragon” it includes cold foam, matcha, vanilla bean and green tea. Next time you are at Cielo Vista Mall do yourself a favor and stop by the Boba Tea Company."
