Threadfare

"Decided to make the hour trip to see a specific brand that other places don’t carry in-store. When I got there, I wasn’t greeted. I decided to pick some items after a couple of minutes and was still was not approached to be helped. I had to walk around and find the brand myself. When it was time to check out, silence. Not a, “was everything okay” or even a greeting. Just silence until my total was given. I expected better customer service here since it’s a boutique and especially since I spent over $100 here. I’ll just shop online next time. The lack of customer service I received here ruined my experience."

"Love, love, love the hip, unique and quality designer clothes this store offers for kids (shoes too). Wonderful selection of traditional kids designs as well. The owner keeps up with small toys new to the market that are really cool. Can’t say enough great things about the store. There are so few boutique clothing stores in Houston- this one is a gem."
