"Hello! I ordered Airlift High-Waist Conceal-Zip Capri and when I wore them second time they ripped on my back is started to rip on the front. I am very skinny and wearing M size. That was my size capri. It happened in the gym and I was very embarrassed. I am disappointed and angry with Alo Yoga for doing it to me. I don’t know in which basement these capri were made but it is not a professional sport high quality item. I’m not going to purchase from them again."

"I’ve been a loyal alo customer for a long time and usually purchase items online. I found it extremely rude when the guy in the blue sweatshirt last night had zero customer service etiquette while I was returning my unworn items and accusingly inspecting it. He said zero words to me other than a condescending tone of “what was wrong with it” that prompted my return and then trying to convince me to make an exchange instead of a return. While I don’t really care to be talked to it came across rude. What really sealed the deal for me in caring to write a review was when a spanish speaking family came in to the store with a crying child and he scurried over to them watching their every move, but not engaging with them. I did not feel comfortable with the way he kept staring them down and it made me want to leave the store and not continue shopping. I don’t live under a rock and know this was outright discriminatory behavior. While I love this brand, the store staff (most of them anyway) suck."

"Absolutely Recommend this Location, Iris and Katy have excellent customer service !! This ladies help you and check in the back if merchandise is not on the floor. I highly recommend this Location !! Keep up the great work ladies !!"

"Warning to all the costumers: If you do not want to be discriminated against, disrespected, and have employees cross your boundaries as a costumer, don’t step into this store. This location has the most unprofessional management team. They truly fail to understand their boundaries and limitations within their simple retail job. They will access your personal information through your “ Alo Account” to harass you. They don’t like anyone returning anything and make it clear. In our case an employee named Iris Adame reached out from her personal phone number saying she has us flagged if we step into any locations of Alo. She really has mistaken herself for someone of value or ownership of company! It’s really sad to see employees like that on minimum wage speaking and discriminating against their costumers on behalf of the company. Defiantly not a good look for Alo…"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alo at the Domain! I was primarily assisted by Parmida, she was excellent at her job and incredibly attentive. Multiple other salespeople assisted me throughout the shop and I walked out overjoyed about my purchase. The store manager was such a great final interaction, making me feel extremely confident in my future return to Alo!"
