"Bought two items for a wedding I attended a week ago. Ended up not wearing either item and tags still attached and clothing untouched on a hanger. Can't find my receipt, have proof I've purchased these two items (my bank account shows date and amount) yet they refuse my return and also said maybe they can do store credit but then said no they can't. I've never been to a store in 30-something years that didn't let you return something with other proof + tags still attached AND the debit card I used. Definitely lost a customer today (not like it matters) as I'll never shop at a Nordstrom Rack again. Store sucks!"

"Came in 1st time looking for deals because I work in retail. Went up to woman at the counter to ask about petite sizes because I am short & she said they don't have a petite section. I checked out some racks that were priced poin & noting on the price point racks are the items that even belong there. This place looks worse then a ross crossed with goodwill. If you plan on finding anything here.... make sure you have at least 3 hours to look around. This is a joke"

"They have a lot of good brands. The prices are pretty good. Lots of nice shoes! The employees are not always that friendly and if they had more checkouts up front instead of the random people checking you out at the little stations I think it would be less chaotic."
