"I’ve never received worse customer service than Saks off 5th. Returning an item? Good luck. Online order delivered to the wrong address even though the address was entered correctly? No help. This company robs their customers."

"I purchased two item at this store in Houston at the store while I was visiting now I want to return it and I was told you have to return it at the store. I live in Austin and the closest store is in San Antonio. So disappointing that i spent almost $700 and I have to go back to Houston or San Antonio to return this item. Poor customer service and return process. I contacted several staff regards to this issue and no one could help. So disappointed. I will never purchase at this store again. I strongly believe it has to be a way to return the item without going all the way back to store."

"I visited the store years ago and thought to pay it a recent visit. Only 3 customers in the store, which has a huge footprint. Store looked drab and uncared for. No activity. I didn't purchase anything. I tried to find something positive about the store, but I honestly could not - except I was greeted by the kind staff. I think it's a matter of time before it closes. I do not see a way for this store to be profitable unless it's subsidized by other Saks stores. I'm so sorry, but thus is a definite "pass" for me."

"Place is very spread out, kind of lacking choices/low inventory. I was not greeted but definitely felt like staff kept an eye on me :/ Most of the store is well organized but you can tell where a customer went and made a mess"
