"They try to trick you into giving up your e-mail AND you phone number for $10 off, without disclosing that the $10 off is on your NEXT purchase, AND the item has to be regular priced. Everything is that store is overpriced and on "sale". Their stock is slowly dying and they're desperate. They think using sneaky tactics is the way to save the company, but it's not. Stop being creepy."

"Love the jeans I got but the short blondish girl that wears huge lashes was extremely rude to me. Had friends hanging out in the store with her, waited at the register to check out for a while finally went and asked her to check me out and she rolled her eyes at me and said “I guess”. Bad customer service"

"There is literally no one at the checkout counter half the time and someone shows up once there are 3-5 people in line. Quite discouraging to buy anything if you don’t want to help the customers. Everyone working here are adolescent late teenage kids who do give a youth feel to the store but are equally clueless about the prices or if there other items in the back. NOT a single store employee wears a name tag or any kind of identification which separates them from the customers. Have mistaken regular customers for store employees and vice versa a number of times. Kind of frustrating. No place to give back clothes you don’t want near trial room. Hardly any hooks in trial room as well."

"On the 2nd floor of the barton creek mall. Location-2/5 Quality of clothes -2/5 Customer service- negative. It feels like bunch of toddlers running the place.No one is sure who should be responsible. No one at register, no one to help around. A dress code would be nice or a name tag to go and address issues like hey no one at the register or can u help unlock the dressing room. Just poor management."

"Had some really great pants! They fit on all shapes and sizes and are easy to find sizes. I found these super cute plaid pants and these mom jeans, as well as some black skinnys(not shown) for about $110. It seems a bit pricey, but all the pants are SUPER high quality and fade resistant, should last a long time!"
