"Read the bad reviews on Yelp and google. Went in here right before heading to the gym. Not sure if it was the fact that I was in gym clothes and headed to gym after (my gym is just down the street) or I don’t look like a “sophisticated” clientele that this place poses its business to cater to, but the moment I walked in I was gawked at, not greeted, and I was treated like an ex-convict. I tried on one dress and they were literally forcing me out of it under 3 minutes. It’s a shame because I love their dresses, but I will just continue ordering at the online store and going through that process of trying/returning since the customer service at this spot is like off-brand Los Angeles wannabes. If your goal is for customers to feel worse about themselves after they leave, you have a poor business model. I hope corporate sees this and re-trains all of you."

"All the Staff (Alice, Alexa, Liz and Jenna) at Reformation in the Domain were so efficient and went out of their way to help me. I took a pair of pants in for hemming that they were done quickly and correctly. I also had a complicated return and they worked hard to ensure that it was processed correctly. I love Reformation clothing and I will definately purchase more based on this positive experience. Thank you so much."

"Placed an order for store pickup here, tried clothes on in store, gave them back because I didn’t like them and clerk said they would refund me and never did. Not sure what’s going on at reformation but this is so unethical on so many levels. This was reformation’s mistake but they do not want to resolve it. They could easily look at item number, camera footage etc showing that I handed it back to the clerk but they are saying they don’t have proof. It is their responsibility to keep track of item numbers etc when they have the item in store. Be careful with purchases and returns here. Loved the clothing here but can’t support this store anymore and honestly, clothings not worth it if customers get treated this way. Let’s support sustainable brands with ethical standards with no shady business going on! So if you do return something here, please check that it went through. If not, it’ll be a heck of a time trying to get it back."

"I had the best first experience at Reformation. Erin (my fashion advisor) helped me as soon as I walked in. I had a great experience picking out dresses with her & love how attentive she was not only helping me, but to all customers who were walking in (I came in at a busy time & was impressed that everyone was assisted so well). I am certain this will not be my first time shopping at Reformation and I am very much looking forward to coming back to the store again. Highly recommend shopping here— I found a beautiful dress that I know I can use for a variety of events (wedding,brunches…). Thank you Erin for your help and introducing me to Reformation!!"
