Within a few minutes, he discussed the work that would need to be done and quickly emailed me a quote that was reasonable and less expensive than the exact same work a previous plumber did for me. I wanted it completely removed since we don’t really use it. Since it wasn’t urgent, we took an appointment a few days out. Our tech, Xavier, was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing/did. I’ve not had plumbing services in the past, so have nothing to price compare to.
