"Received the worst customer service experience ever! A cashier called Melissa first didn’t acknowledge me when my turn in the line came and made me wait to be served for no reason whatsoever!! Then when my return was processed, she didn’t say a word and just left her check out and I was dumbfounded completely… I stayed there like an idiot and waited for another minute or so, then I just looked at my receipt to make sure the refund was there and left the store! I wear the hijab. Was it because I was profiled? Was it because she was just mean? I have no idea. But it is the freaking worst customer service I have received in Houston! Shame on you Cotton on and NEVER buying from you again!"

"I just spent $150 for clothes for my daughter, then was handed a pile of clothes without a bag. “Bags are extra”. That is absurd. I’m never shopping here again."

"Their dressing rooms are still closed just FYI. I picked out a whole wardrobe to try on and when I went to go try them on, the girls completely ignored me while I stood there and kept talking to each other. Then when I asked if I just go into the fitting room, one of the girls told me they were still closed but I could return the items within a certain amount of days or whatever. Yea no. So I apologized and said I wasn’t going to take anything and set the items on the counter, and the girl literally looked at her co worker with a look of disbelief. As if it’s not her job to sort and hang up clothes? As if there is a sign saying the fitting room is closed. As if someone would’ve so kindly came up to me and let me know. I take back my apology ma’am and I hope you enjoy the Christmas season."

"I LOVE AISHIA GREYS!!!! She was amazing! Very personable, helpful, and polite. She deserves to run the store. I cannot explain how much I enjoyed her. The assistant manager was very rude. She was very curt short when addressing me, so much so that it came off as abrasive. She could learn a thing or two from Ms. Greys."
