"Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didn't get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!"

"I had to go in and get fitted for a bra, especially because they were having such a great sale! Anyway, I despise bra shopping and really didn't want to be there. However, Sandra spotted me and immediately jumped to help. She fitted me and helped me find the right styles for my body type. She listened to what I liked and offered suggestions. She pulled so many items for me to try out and did it with a smile. She was so friendly that I went back again later with my daughter. Today in the mail, I received a handwritten personal note from Sandra thanking me for coming in and I was so impressed. Who does that kind of customer service these days?! Sandra...that's who and she is so freaking amazing!"

"Awful customer service. Quick to greet and offer ship to store but no one took time to discuss selection or support picking out pieces or checking if they had the size I needed. When I asked for specific size I was told it's "it's a hit or miss with that" and the person walked away from me."

"I've been a Lane Bryant shopper for many years. This location is my favorite. This staff is always knowledgeable, especially Sandra. Sandra goes above and beyond for her customers. I've had several surgies this summer, and although I couldn't shop in store, I did so online. Sandra ensured I got my packages, even personally dropping my package at my front door. She didn't have to. I'll be a Lane Bryant shopper forever bc of her great customer service."

"5 stars to Sandra!!! I went in to exchange some bras since they felt kinda small but big on the cups was sized incorrectly at another Lane Bryant. I was immediately approached by Sandra welcoming self and her willingness to help all of her customers. She sized me correctly and my mom!!! I just enjoyed her customer service so much will be returning soon!!! FYI: left the store with 4 bras. When I was only exchanging 2. Way to go Sandra!!! You’re so dedicated to your job and it shows!! You make anyone want to come back!!!❤️"
