"I was enjoying shopping at Burlington, finished my shopping, to come outside to 4 police officers instantly in my face to accuse me of shoplifting. How embarrassing to see many people observing. I will never be back.I would never shoplift."

"I have a bad experience on doing my return, I went to returned a item 11/10 and the men at front say I have to make the same line to do my return I don’t think that’s right , Burlington should have a extra register just for costumer that are caming to do a return. And not making the costumer to go through the line , the long line that these store always have. Their employees should be more efficient on learning more things to help your costumer and not just standing there like a status, no help them to learn more like how to work on register so the lines can ho faster and get costumer out."

"I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at Burlington Coat Factory and would not recommend this store to anyone. The organization was poor, with products scattered throughout the store, making it difficult to navigate. In addition, there were very few employees around to assist with any questions or concerns. The lines to pay were excruciatingly slow, which only added to the frustration of the disorganized store. However, the worst part of my visit was discovering human feces in the middle of one of the aisles. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary, and I was shocked that it had not been addressed by the store's management or employees. Overall, my experience at Burlington Coat Factory was extremely disappointing. The lack of organization, slow service, and unsanitary conditions are unacceptable for any retail store, and I would strongly recommend that potential customers avoid this location. One star is too generous for this store, and I would give it a much lower rating if I could."

"This store is never organized. Merchandise is all over the place... nothing in its rightful place. The line was very long. Only 2 cashiers on a Saturday evening. 9/2022 I just recently visited this store again and it was horrific/horrible. It's a shame that this store looks like this. Take a look at the pictures. So disappointing."

"Only 2 cashiers for a huge amount of people waiting to pay!!! Had to wait in line twice, first to do a return (you have to wait in the same line, no separate register for returns)and a second time when I was ready to check out. Took way to long, I'd say I spent over 20+ minutes total..."
