"What a find, right here in Austin. We wanted to eat something different and we saw this restaurant and decided to try it out and it was the best decision ever. I actually forgot to take photos after the food came and started eating (hence the half eaten dishes ;)). But the goat karahi was super delicious, and the kabuli palau is so good. You got to try the tea as it was the best tea ever, especially with the brown sugar and almonds. This place is halal. You won't regret trying this place out."

"Very Authentic Afghani restaurant in Austin. Must try this new gem. We tried their Mutton karahi, Kabuli pulaw, shami kabab, Tikka boti all food was super good. Kabuli pulaw lamb is very tender and flavourful, We loved their food. The quantity of the food is also very decent. They just need to improve on service."

"Had an amazing experience at Afghan village. Chapli kabab was the won with naan it melts in your mouth! Kabuli pulao was blend for me and karahi was good . Every entree comes with naan and they also serve green tea with food. Overall it was a wonderful experience."
