"Heard that golden chick was really good, so I was surprised to see a well stock counter of chicken and sides ready for purchase when I went to see for myself. The food was excellent and fresh. I will go back to that location. Oh, and the restaurant area and counter is really clean and neat. It’s a very well run restaurant."

"Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich & a large spicy chicken strip meal with 2 big reds and large jalapeno poppers. The chicken is ALWAYS fresh & tender! The man at the drive thru window is always so nice! My order is ALWAYS correct. Thank you for your hard work and great food! You are AMAZING!"

"I ate in this time and was very pleased with everything, oh and the " lota-zing " seasoning is awesome! get some it really is a good compliment to the chicken."

"The food itself is good. What the issue is, when we asked for the key to the restroom, the staff looked at us crazy. They said someone was in there. We sat back down. This other group of people came in, asked for the key and was immediately given the key. No one ever came in or out of the restroom. I don’t know why we weren’t ever given the key to begin with. We went BACK in line for the key once more and was given it instantly. I don’t understand what the issue was, we were eating what we ordered inside, no one else was eating, at most there were 2 people in the drive-thru. Disappointed, wont be going back to this location."

"Recently visited Golden Chick because we had heard great things about it. We don’t have it in Utah so we were excited to try it. There was a mistake with our order and the owner (manager?) was very kind and apologetic and fixed the problem right away. The food was delicious and we will definitely go back the next time we’re in Austin. :)"
