"The boutique is adorable, but the changing room floors are filthy! You should definitely concentrate on this because it is where people spend most of their time in your store! Remember that we have to remove our shoes to try on the garments, which was the scariest part for me because of the filth! It's been a long time since you guys have cleaned those changing rooms!"

"I recently went to Maurice’s in League City. I was looking for a pair of jeans, but did not expect the level of customer service that I received. Alexis was very nice and went out of her way to help me. What I LOVE is that the store keeps track of your purchases. I wanted the same jeans I had bought before, but did not remember which ones they were. Alexis looked up what I bought and found exactly what I needed. Not only that, but she told me about the great sale they were having. I ended up buying 4 pair instead of one. She brought the jeans to the fitting room and I was in/out in less than 30 min which is great because I hate trying on clothes."
