"I had never been to this location, so I was skeptical because I had an exchange. But Vee ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely helpful, making sure that I was well taken care of my issue. Even though there were some other customers behind me, she did not lose interest with me until i was well taken care of. I will definitely be returning to this location because I truly love the quality and styles of Athleta."

"I stopped in looking for an available dress that I could wear to work after my yoga class. Victoria Showed me 2 dresses a Camo dress. I mentioned I didn't like it; so she walked off told me to look online and greeted another customer. Rude!!! I asked her were we finished she said yes! You can always look online and buy a dress. Well. I do say... I won't go back and won't buy anymore online. No thank you."

"Athleta is my all time favorite athletic and athleisure store. All of their items are super high quality, comfortable, and stylish. In store, they have the best customer service, and in a recent experience I had a sweet woman named (I believe) Brenna was so helpful, kind, and approachable!"

"WOW - No more for this guy. BYE FELICIA (VICTORIA) ! I used to shop here for my wife, but after Victoria walked off when she realized that I was only going to spend $100, I could not help but feel embarrassed and rejected standing in front of the abandoned register. It's hard enough for any man to walk into this store with his wife, let alone, by himself. When I walked in, Victoria was quick to make conversation, the other employees were just standing around not busy at all. The store was very slow, maybe 5 other women shoppers. As soon as Victoria realized she was not doing well with any of her sales strategies, She said she would be right back, AND THAT WAS IT, GONE. DISAPPEARED. I stood at the register and waited a couple of minutes for her to come back. She never did. Finally another sales lady asked if I was ready to check out, which was more than obvious. I usually get good service, and the clothes are well made, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I often get profiled incorrectly because I don't appear to have a lot of Ca$h, Oh well, good luck with your corporate profiling. I'm sure Mgt will make up some story to contradict this review, but there is no excuse for the treatment that was given."

"I absolutely love Athleta clothing and that is the only reason why I go to this location. I was shopping today for about 30 min until someone finally acknowledged my presence! I went to the back sales rack where the associate was putting clothes up reaching around me as if I was in her way and she never acknowledged me until I said excuse me am I in your way! The lack of acknowledgement happens everytime but again I only go bc I love the clothes but even today they were out of a lot of sizes! Despite the terrible customer service I still bought about $300 dollars worth of clothes. Please train your employees on the importance of a good customer experience!"
