"I didn't get a straw and I am glad I didn't. When I opened the lid there was a bug right at the top. Disgusting, check your drinks before taking a sip out of that straw."

"The employees were great (nice and had genuine smiles) however, this BK was out of everything. No ketchup, no sprite, no lemonade, and they must've been out of the bread used for their melts because I received a regular hamburger bun. Trying to eat their fries and onion rings without ketchup made both inedible. Their chocolate chip cookies were hard and did not seem fresh. The restroom was very clean, which was great!!"

"I ordered 2 burger meals and a chicken fries for drive thru. There is no chicken fries in the package. I checked I counted burgers and checked the onion rings. I just found out they missed the chicken fries after I got home. That $5 stolen from me. This is not the first time they missed items in my order. At this rate I will have to check every one of my order, or stop going to this place at all. Updates: they messed up my burgers too. I ordered a spicy chicken and a fish burger. They gave me 2 regular chicken sandwiches. I won't come back."

"Stop by tonight around 8pm. The girl working the counter/drive thru didn't answer went at drive so I came inside. She kept messing up my order. Once she got it right, she then went outside and was talking to people. When the food was ready she continued talking outside. After waiting, I asked if she would come back and give me my food. She said I was being rude for asking her that."

"The food is cooked pretty good. As good as burger king can get. But the woman working the order counter is not nice. She kinda tossed my food on the counter and I guess expected me to know it was mine. All I did was order through the app. And show up to pick up my food so I can dine in. Second time I've been here and had the same experience. I'm not sure if it's attitude or maybe just her way. But just not nice."
