Reviews
"Staff was really very rude and made me feel very embarrassed . I walked in and told I couldn’t shop. I was told I had to put my bag on counter. I left and will not be going back to that location. I love Value Village but that is unacceptable."
"I like this store, but the prices are really high on average. If they rotated the stock a little faster and had fitting rooms it would be justified, but it's just an expensive thrift store that doesn't really stand out. They also have a lot of stuff that's well past having any value cluttering up the floor. I would say about 30% of the inventory is trash."
"They have a variety of items organized by colors and somewhat by styles But you do have to keep looking for your size all around the store because they don’t focus on that. The isles are pretty spacious so that’s good Things I didn’t like: •They have no changing room for you to use. •Some shoes are extremely used! •The cashier was a bit rude she had her own conversation with another cashier (which is fine idc) But I was in line waiting to be called and she just yelled out of the blue “are you gonna pay?!” I said well yes, im in line right? Then she just waved for me to go to her… There’s no need for that."
"It's a good place to get a deal on clothes. You might have to spend some time digging though. It's well organized with plenty of space in the aisles. The staff is friendly. The clothes and shoes are all gently used and still in good shape. It is a nice thrift store."
"They have a good variety of clothes, books and home items. The store was very organized by category. Also they had arrows in every aisle to direct people for social distancing."
