"Came to this location for the first and last time. I went to try on items and turned right around because dirty is an understatement. While I was checking out one cashier and another employee (two males) was having an inappropriate conversation. My son was with me I had to ask them to hold off on the conversation until my son and I left ."

"Walked in , store was more organized than normal ( considering the fact that it’s Christmas shopping time) but the line was all the way to the middle of the store by the men’s clothes. I would have stayed and waited since I found an item I really wanted but the cashiers at this location have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Last time u was in the store there were only 5 customers in front of me and I stood in line for 45 minutes if not more."

"Store employee’s making own store policies on returns . I purchase a luggage and did not used with tags and receipt. Cashier fail to accept my return stated that was a new policy that’s had just started. I drove the another Burlington and had no issues returning the luggage. ."
