"I went to schlotzsky's and manager which is her name areline come to counter and took my order very rude, she keep using “F” word , she said I’m the only one here taking orders and been as manger and employee and I don’t give “F” she keep constantly using “F” word , then I was calm , and I said I will report u, she said I don’t give “F” and when I got my food she call me “B “ word , wow so disrespectful and disappointed with Schlotzsky in this location please if you really care please give me feedback I be really appreciated"
"It hurts me to say this. My order was wrong & no one was there to fix it. What I got was beyond dry. Not sure where employees went. I accidentally talked to owner/Mgr not sure which. He offered to make it up to me & apologized. I hope it was isolated & others will give glowing reviews. (At least put condiments out for customers.)"
"Sandwiches, the original is the best. They're all tasty but there's nothing like the original. Fresh products. Delicious chips and a very tasty pickle spear on the side. Employees are all really nice and friendly. Will be back soon again."
