"I had made a few purchases there, and went to make a return the next day. The management was so disrespectful, had the worst attitude of anyone I've ever met. And then when I asked her associate coworker with her name was she wouldn't give it to me. This was the one off of belford. I usually truly absolutely love City Trends they got nice home decorations for cheap, they have 10 % layaway going on right now. But this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any store or restaurant that has such poor management it was so bad I even called Headquarters on her. People need to realize when they have a job you leave your problems or your personal life at the door. So I would definitely suggest going to another city trend if you like great customer service"
