"My sister picked up my order and I didn't get something I paid for and came back two days later with my receipt, I was told that there was nothing they could do because I didn't call about it before hand and that two days is a long time so they couldn't give me a refund, at any other food place this would have been more than enough to get the item or at least a refund but not here. I'm seeing other reviews of this place of people who did call and still couldn't get their problem resolved so good luck if they mess up on anything."

"Called in about incorrect order, manager proceeded to tell computer science major that the app taking the incorrect order was their fault, refused to remake multiple times, remake came back incorrect. I don’t know how difficult it is for someone to make a philly cheesesteak sub with just the meat and cheese only. Manager was rude the entire time and will not be returning."

"Ordered to go from their website and my fiance sandwich and mine hand mix matched ingredients and specifications, so neither of us got the sandwich we ordered. I understand an ingredient missing from time to time on orders, but how do you mix them up?"

"My fav alternative for Subway - but not now after they removed their Signature Chicken Sub. Though you can make one - it’s not close to it. Today’s order took 20 mints to make which is fairly high for a sub kind of food but it tasted decent - definitely not great."
