"I would give this 0 stars if I could. This happened in the mall of Victorville California. I was accused of robbing when I was not at all. I was walking around with two handfuls of makeup and was planning on getting more. No one offered a basket or a bag so I decided to put them in my sweater pocket, my pocket was obviously huge full of stuff so I was not trying to hide it. When I passed the counter this girl said to put my stuff in a basket I thought “how nice that she noticed that I needed one” after that she told me and my sister to get out of the store. I was genuinely confused and asked why she said she saw me put stuff in my pocket I was in shock because robbing didn’t cross my mind at all and I said okay and left because I was genuinely confused and still trying to process the whole thing. I know it looked suspicious but I wish they waited to see if I was actually robbing by me leaving the store or walking to the door or at least explain why I was getting kicked out because all they told me was to get out they could have said they suspecting me of robbing and needed me to get out. But no. I have a hard time processing stuff so it was such a horrible thing experience. They kicked me and my baby sister out who was excited to try out new lip oils and I felt bad I couldn’t get them for her. Horrible place"

"If I could, I would give it no stars. This used to be my favorite place to shop for dresses for anything. It’s like a store where you find a whole entire outfit for the night. But lately the customer service you get… OMG… not the store the actual store is awesome. Clothes is beautiful. Accessories are nice but the customer service you get from the cashiers it’s horrible. This is my third time coming back thinking it’s going to be more down to earth, but no… third time I get rude customer service. The items that are on sale are not actually the price given for example because the cashier liked a dress i was going to purchase She said it’s very beautiful I like it she took off the tag and charge me the regular price I said no you have it on sale on the other side of the store and she even said it’s the only dress left and she took off the tag and decided to just say it’s not for sale anymore. With some high heels being on sale as well a whole entire section of that certain high heels had a specific price and she said no we’re not doing those specials . So a coworker told her what are doing your supposed to manually put it in”. So I asked oh then why put them there and she couldn’t respond to me anything she just kept scanning and I told her you know what just leave everything just drop it. I don’t want nothing. I will not be coming back to the store and I will be leaving my personal review on Google for the exact same reason that the customer service is horrible they need new employees"

"This place has THE WORST customer service. The girl that is in charge of management when the actual manager isn’t there has a horrible attitude and the other little girl isn’t much better. I have seen for myself the way business is conducted with other people and then experienced it myself once it was my turn for purchase. This is embarrassing and if I were the manager I would be embarrassed. People, personally I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I normally DO NOT leave reviews but this experience warranted some feedback. When I was shopping I said to myself “wow I plan to come here often they have a few cute things I can pick up from time to time”…. BUT THAT DEFINITELY IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Lol HECK NO Also Good luck returning any items, they make it almost impossible, even with receipt in hand."

"I would give this no stars if I could. The customer service was horrible. I was at the register waiting to check out (only person in line) and one employee was behind the register pretending to do god knows what an another was in front of the registers. They both saw me in line waiting to check out. No one acknowledged me or even attempted to help me purchase my items. I waiting a few moments longer am still no help. I put my items back and left the store. Seems like they did not want my money and I sure was not going to give it to them after that treatment."
