"I usually shop from Banana Republic online or the Memorial mall. I visited this men branch at the Galleria with my friend and daughter and there were 3 representatives standing chit chatting, they looked at us and not even one of them welcomed us at all. No one in the store asked if we need help or if we are looking for something. I was looking for couple coats and shoes. Since they think that is their dad’s store, I took my business to somewhere were it’s appreciated."
