"BEWARE!! Why does it take 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation??? Got there before appointment, and customer service is non existent. Tried to do MORE than requested after having to hunt fown an employee, and then IGNORES and LOST the car. The MANAGER couldn't even find it for a while. Driving the extra hour to Cedar Park is worth it, rather than this God forsaken place."
