"I had searched everywhere for a part I needed for my F350 diesel. Upon contacting Special, Saul answered the phone and was phenomenal! His knowledge of inventory and customer service is top-notch! He went above and beyond what I would consider to be "normal" for other salvage yards. At one point he even provided a cell phone number I could use to send pictures of the part I needed. He stated he'd been there for 15+ years, and it shows. He even had some suggestions on how to restore my truck to its original state, as it had been slightly modified.
