"They have a store in the Woodlands that accommodates prosthetics for women who’ve had mastectomies. They require that you pay upfront for the bras and prosthetics. I was told that Medicare would reimburse, but Medicare doesn’t reimburse for anything that you pay for upfront. This was misinformation. I’ve been doing medical billing and coding since 1998. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT BECAUSE YOU WON’T GET YOUR $ BACK."

"I wanted to leave this review for Ariel, who helped us today look at some strollers and carseats. She was so kind, helpful, and patient! We had a horrible experience at the Nordstrom in the Galleria just last week with a really rude lady, so it was a relief and pleasure to be assisted by someone friendly at this location."

"Yesterday, when they didn’t have my size shoe in stock, the sales rep helped me place the order, which I purposely did through him, so he could get commission on the sale. However, I asked him if he could give me information on whether they run true to size (since I’m usually between 8-8.5) to which he replied to get my usual size 8. One quick check on the online product page showed me that these run a 1/2 size too small. When I called customer service to cancel/edit the order they said it’s too late and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get the boots and send them back to get the right fitting ones."

The coffee offered is delicious, providing the ideal shopping companion. Their restrooms are spotless, indicative of their overall commitment to excellence. What truly differentiates this store, however, is their exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. A word to the wise for the gentlemen: brace your wallets, especially if accompanied by a lady.
