"I went to Buckle the one on Woodlands mall. Mind you after a long day at work the last thing you want to do and go look for jeans. Well Ariel, she went up and beyond must’ve been there maybe about 30 mins (the most) and she helped me until I found my perfect jeans. She has a great customer service I told her manager that she needed a raised. I will definitely go back to Buckle and shop for more. Thanks Ariel keep up that great customer service!"

"My first time going to buckle to buy some jeans for my boyfriend. The staff there was very helpful. The guys name was Freddie and there was a blonde girl didn’t catch her name. When I walked into the store, she asked me what I was looking for and the size of pants. They help me pick out different kinds of pants the size I needed. I was feeling overwhelmed walking in there, thinking I would be there forever, but with their help I was in an out."

"I went for the first time tonight with store about to close and the nicest and most helpful “personal stylist” associates helped me find a great pair of jeans and even stayed open late to help order the jeans when they couldn’t find my size! "I brought my daughter here, for the first time. Our experience was horrible. Whoever told these sales associates that being overly aggressive will drum up sales, is delusional. If we wanted help, we would have asked for it. These people were so annoying! Even bringing clothes to me, to try on, when I was waiting for my daughter, who was in the dressing room, where they bombarded her with all the styles of jeans, plus t-shirts, when we only came in for one certain style of jeans. We will never set foot in that overly priced store again. Good job Buckle sales team, not. Oh, and by the way, when we left, after making a purchase, not even a thank you or a smile from her. Disingenuous service."
