"Sasha was very unprofessional, my friends & I walked in to return an item and Sasha immediately gave us a dirty look, when we asked for a refund she grabbed the bag from us aggressively and said it was a it was non refundable and when we went to find items to exchange it with she followed us around the whole store looking at every item we touch, stood by the fitting room watching us, which clearly made us very uncomfortable. When we came to do the exchange she was slamming cards down, being very again UNPROFESSIONAL. She did not once try and help us or even try to explain the question I asked about the refund. I wasn’t upset about it being non refundable I was upset about the lack of care for customers and the disrespect we were faced with while there and MIND YOU THIS IS A MANAGER."
