"Worst customer service ever. When asked if we can try on a dress they said only two a visit. We had more then two since my daughter is still trying to figure out what style she wanted and the young lady said to come back in an hour. Worst place ever!"

"I went in to look at dresses saw one that i like tall young lady gave me attitude i told her i was buying the dress i don't know what her problem is so finally the young lady order my dress i SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A RED DRESS SIZE LARGE and when i went to pick it up she gave me the complete opposite i got a blue dress size xxl i thought it was a joke at first but no she kept saying it was what i order thankfully i had my receipt and an old Hispanic women helped me with out given me a hard time and resolved my issue im thankful for her .Also when i was picking up my dress i witness the young lady measuring a plus size women wrong and body shaming her. If owners keep hiring young ppl that don't have a clue what they are doing they will be loosing customers like they lost me. Do better fashion vip."

"Honestly after reading all the bad reviews, I felt the need to share my experiences from this store. I have brought 2 dresses in different occasions, beautiful dress to say. They have a lot of variety of dresses, from styles, sizes and colors! I was aware that they were running low on some sizes due to their warehouse not shipping them due to low material. There was a young hispanic lady and an older short hispanic lady helping me try on dresses, both very nice and polite. They honestly help me a lot picking out a dress. I live 2 hours away from this store, and I can honestly say I will always come here for my formal dresses!"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !! If the was a 0 star option, I would choose that. I went on the hunt for a wedding dress. As soon as I located something decent I obviously wanted to try it on. The old Hispanic lady with the glasses and tattooed brows just kept looking at me yo and down until I ask if there was a fitting room open . She then told m that I had to pay $10 TO TRY ON THE DRESS!!! I asked why? She said because it was an “expensive dress” and the policy is to pay $10 if dress is over $200 . IF AND ONLY IF I buy it I get the $10 back lmfao . ( it was a bit over $200) . I decided not to try it on and tried the most affordable one. Decided to go with another vendor, but will never visit them again despite the price . They need to learn customer service skills & get rid of that stupid policy of $10 per dress to try on . The most ridiculous thing ever!"

"BUYER BEWARE! We placed an order with a $100 deposit for a dress in a color not available in store. They didn't have a photo or sample available, but we were assured it would be the same as the one tried on, but in the desired color. When we went to pick it up, the dress was two toned; the sample dress we chose in the store was one color throughout. When we brought this up they said it was our fault for choosing that dress. I felt very misled, but still wanted to compromise and asked if we could use the deposit as a credit towards a cocktail dress, they said no. They got very rude when we asked about using the deposit for something else and the owner would not come out to speak with us; the sales person went to the back office to talk to him and we could hear her saying rude things about us through the door. The sales person directed me to the woman standing on the platform in the front and when I explained the situation, she got upset and started yelling at me, I asked to speak to the owner, she then called him and talked to him in Korean for a while and then said he's not in the store. We asked her name and she said she didn't want to tell us. At that point it was so ridiculous we just accepted they were set on taking our $100 and left. I can understand their no return policy, but I believe they ordered the wrong dress or lied to us about what it was going to look like so we would order it anyway and find it very distasteful to do business that way."
