"Recently ordered a dress for gender reveal and it did not fit as expected. I contacted them due to the fact I was not able to get a refund but and exchange. Did process through Afterpay and it took out last payment today twice. Never ordering from this company again. Customer service was not good. Never heard back and they basically just told me it is nothing that they can do about me being dissatisfied with purchase but on website it states that I can exchange but I was not able to. Good luck trying to get a hold of customer service."

"Ladies, do not waste your time. I spent over $300 with this boutique and cannot wear any of the clothing that was purchased. The Material is of cheap quality, and certainly not what they advertise. I am so disappointed with this purchase, and will never shop with luxe life again EVER! Did I fail to mention they are not taking returns at this time due to the pandemic. I have a funny feeling that is not the case, No returns because they know that the quality is not there, and the items that customers receive is sure to be a disappointment.
