"Don’t get me wrong I love Olive Garden and I’ve been plenty of times. But last night I took my niece and nephew there to eat and I had a horrible experience. So our waiter came he was super nice you could tell that he was new but he was doing a great job. I ordered a drink and when he bought it too me it tasted like vodka and water and that’s it even tho it had strawberry flavor and extra strawberries and mint but I couldn’t taste that so I sent it back. He offered me another drink and I picked it out and tried it this one tasted like it was full of rum. I didn’t drink either drink. I would have no problem paying for them they were just nasty. So he takes them back and a tall flamboyant light skin man marches over to my table causing everyone to stop and look at us it literally felt as if all of the music in the room stopped. And he says so what’s wrong with the drink loud and I look up at him and say it’s nasty because at this point I am appalled and embarrassed. And he goes on to say what’s wrong with it tho and I tell him they are too strong and he turns around and tells the waiter that’s how you’re supposed to do it. Actually no it’s not! Customer service is down the drain. And the fact that the manager who was talking to someone at another table didn’t come over not ever not even after the incident she just looked our way and made a whew nervous face is weird. This restaurant has really gone down the drain as far as customer service. Never again!"
"We had a good experience today (Sunday around 1:30pm). Jorge was our server, he was very kind and gave us great service. Breadsticks were so good, it seemed like they just came out of the oven! The food we ordered was delicious too."
"I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant again. I had been going once a year with my daughter during the holidays to this restaurant. So it was her favorite place to celebrate birthdays and holidays. But this time we noticed that besides the price becoming more expensive, the quality of the food has become worse. I ordered fettuccine pasta with a steak (med rare). Then, I got a cold, well-done tiny sirloin that was hard as a rock. (Probably frozen meat cooked super fast). The bread sticks were hard and cold, and judging by the $100 bill for myself and my daughter, who only had a sprite and pasta, it looks like the bread is no longer free. The waitress was nice but she rushed us to hurry up eating and kept taking our plates away when we were still trying to finish eating. The only good thing was the salad which was fresh."
"Olive Garden used to be a great restaurant to go to. Now it seems like everything comes out of a can or package and is just preheated in the back the food was nothing extraordinary. They did happen to make my drink, correct which is a shock. Restaurant is definitely kid friendly as there was a table nearby with three rambunctious juveniles"
"This is a good Olive Garden location, well managed and clean and ample parking including to-go parking and a to-ordering desk. The wait wasn’t too bad for a Friday afternoon and the service was adequate. The food was actually good, fresh and well cooked. I wish the salad was a little more evenly chopped but it wasn’t too bad. The portions for the chicken Parmesan lunch order was adequate and tasted good, and I think the scampi is recommend too. I wish their plates looked a bit more cleaner, I think it is time for them to update it. They have a waiting area and they didn’t let us get reservations ahead of time for 6+ people. I like their payment tablet that’s on the table, makes splitting a check and paying much easier and I believe you can order from there too. They have contactless payment on that tablet as well. I’ll recommend this location if you are looking for a good Olive Garden to eat at."
