"I have had some different experiences coming to Red Lobster and today James went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service and quality. I also had an experience with the manager (Romero)? I’m not sure if that’s his name but he is a tall male that worked the night shift on 03/05/24 when my order was stolen by a door dash driver and he also made things right with my order as well as my refund for the stolen food. Me and my husband will always continue eating at this establishment. So if you are looking for great customer service and quality care dealing with your dining out experiences this is top of my list (also I’m pescatarian) which not having a lot of options this will always be my number 1. Red Lobster on Anderson lane in Austin, Texas."
"Every time we visit Red Lobster and Connie serves us, it's always a great experience. Connie greets us warmly and makes sure we have everything we need throughout our meal. She pays attention to all the details and makes dining here enjoyable. Connie's friendly attitude and great service always make us feel welcome. We love having Connie as our server because she makes our visits to Red Lobster fantastic. Thank you, Connie, for always making our time here special!"
"What can I say? It's a old establishment, I should have listened to that inner voice that questioned the cleanliness of the facility. Started off what their seafood stuffed mushrooms. Within 10 minutes of eating it, I was in their bathroom throwing it all up. Clear sign of food poisoning. I hadn't eaten anything else all day and I was not sick. I complained to the manager and he took that particular item off our tab. I asked for to go containers to pack the rest of the food. I couldn't being myself to eat anything else from that kitchen."
"Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Red Lobster! To start the dining area had a horrible smell. My guess would be that this is an old establishment and it's not getting deep cleaned as often as needed. I highly doubt it was raw seafood that I smelled. Perhaps carpet cleaning may help and deep cleaning the dining area as well. I observed a waiter drop a whole cup of ketchup on the floor and didn't have it cleaned up. My waiter was an older guy who was very polite, however his hands were extremely dirty looking (almost like a mechanics hands) which was a put off! Cleanliness is extremely important to me when serving and handling food. I ordered fish and chips, clam chowder and a kids Mac n cheese/broccoli. The fish and chips costs $15.99 (see images), which was highway robbery for the little amount of food that was served. One piece of fish and a handful of french fries...$15.99....no lemon wedges, no coleslaw. The fish was overcooked and fries were warm. The clam chowder looked like separated vegetable oil in a bowl of milk. It was HORRIBLE!! I waited around 30 minutes to receive my food and what was brought to my table was highly UNACCEPTABLE! I sent the clam chowder back because it didn't look edible. I told the waiter and he said "that's butter". (See clam chowder images) I've eaten clam chowder for years, it's NEVER looked like milk and vegetable oil. I wish I would've saved my money and ate at home. Red Lobster has lost its pizzazz they are struggling big time! This is sad! The cheddar biscuits were good though."
