"Wasted trip, didn't have part in stock they did they did when I called."
"Service Advisor: 41551 The service advisor was bad at giving directions on where to wait, and where/when to go once the service is complete. Also I wasn't informed that if I'm late to pick up the vehicle they can't leave the keys with the receptionist and pick up after 7pm. If the service advisor explained these things to me I would give a 4 star. Been waiting forever just to get my vehicle back. How does a multi billion dollar company not have solutions to make the customer experience better. Insane. Bare minimum."
