"I feel wronged and decieved. I asked if there was a return policy and was told "Yes, you can return as long as it's in December". I tried to return my item the same day with the same lady and was told "You can return it for store credit only". They were defensive and unapoligetic instead of acknolwging that they didn't tell me the full details when I asked or doing the right thing to make it right."

"I'm from Dallas but visit Houston often and I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. The store manager, Odalis helped me look to find what I was looking for. The store itself is located in a nice safe area and it's very organized. Definitely recommend for special occasion/trendy clothes and accessories."

"I went in the other day for the first time and there was a girl I think her name was Odalas or odalis and she helped me out. I can’t stress enough how she made shopping here so easy. She had such a welcoming personality and I will definitely be coming back. (Not to mention how organized the store itself was) who ever the manager is is doing a great job!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service spoke with the store manager Jane and was told that there was a seven day return policy when I purchased my items on April 12 @430pm - but when I came back on day 7 @3pm - she told me Monday to Monday is eight days and she could not give me store credit anymore. Even though I was told I had till Monday store close when I made the purchase. In other words this location steals your money and won’t refund you, only up to six days apparently. Very disappointed as I used to support impeccable pig but after my last experience things might change I have reached out to customer service for more help so to be continued. Last time I checked there’s 7 days in a week but Jane must know better than me I took my items to impeccable pig in rice village right after my experience in the heights and they accepted my return and stated that my 7 days was not over just yet."

"Buyer beware! I bought a dress at this location as a plan B for a wedding and was lied to about the return policy, I actually confirmed with the store clerk 3 times before purchasing because I was not 100%. I then went to return it and the store manager was extremely rude. They thankfully processed a refund for me as a one time courtesy (they deserve a star for that). It has since been 10 business days and still no money back and now I am stuck disputing the charge with my CC. They are a shady business with 0 customer service. The employees at the Rice Village location are much nicer!!"
