"The crew got my customized order exactly right despite being extra slammed during their dinner rush. I didn't catch the managers name who handed our food off to us but she was really nice and took a moment to apologize/ thank us for waiting. All in all a good experience, definitely think everyone should have to experience a crazy rush behind the counter and be more understanding that workers deserve respect and kindness."

"Terrible customer service. I have had multiple bad experiences going through the drive-thru late at night. Even when I order ahead of time through the app my order has come up missing several times and the people inside refuse to make my order again even though I'm showing them my app with the order and explaining my situation. I had hoped for better. I ordered on the app last night for delivery. Never got the delivery (not the first time this has happened) and I go to work and work 12.5 hours and then try to go pick up my missing order from taco bell and they refuse to make it because they can't find the order. I eat taco bell more than anyone I know so this is very disappointing. On top of that I've reported the issues to the app on the feedback section and never got offered a refund and haven't even heard any feedback"

"Consistently leave items I've ordered and paid for out. What they do remember to pack is just average or slightly below. This time my chips and cheese cup was only a third full. They also forgot 2 outta 10 items. Update, went back tonight and it took them 40 minutes to clear a 6 car line at the drive through...I need to start going to a different one when I get a taco bell hanging"

"When I arrived,  the sun had set so it was dark. As the dining room is closed, I was in the drive thru. I couldn't see the menu. When I was asked to order, I asked if the menu would light up. Ta da! Let there be light! This was a major oversight. Service was fine. It was nice that the employees didn't show frustration or the "I hate my job" attitude that can be found at a fast food restaurant. I ordered soft tacos, something I'd never tried, and was truly disappointed.  The tortilla clearly came straight out of a bag and was filled.  Thanks, but no. As I was randomly in the area, I can't say if something else would have tasted better here."
