"Very friendly staff! The owner even came by to check how we were ! Our table enjoyed breakfast and lunch choices. We are from Houston and 15+ generation Texans & were just visiting Austin other places around were packed and we popped in Little Mexico not knowing what to expect! Loved it! Definitely on our list of original Mexican food! Tejano music in the background extra points! 5+stars !!"
"Food was hot. Got the Enchilada plate rice and beans x2 plates. Factory bought tortillas. Homemade tortillas would be a good addition. 1st time eating there since its been open. Service was Fair. Was about to order and the lady just walked off came back 4-5min later to take are order. Filled my own drink the 1st time. Had to ask for tortillas since they didn't give to me . From the looks from the menu no seafood. Ex. Shrimp/Fish. Could be something to add to the menu. my wife wanted some by they didn't have seafood . Don't care to go back."
"Every time I am in Austin it is a must to dine there, frequently. Genuine family establishment in the trendy South Congress Ave area. Have not had a bad meal there yet. Not over the top in fancy decor....you know the saying, "if the locals eat there".....This is one of those places."
"Went there for lunch. Had a Carne Gisada and Carnitas on flour. Flour tortillas are a bit too thick for my liking. Fillings were fine. Nothing special, but not bad. Really good chips and salsa actually ticked this up a bit. Will try again for breakfast tacos."
"Found this place on accident but we always say trust the smaller places they are usually the best. Food had so much flavor, did not disappoint. Service was a little slow but all in all worth a try if you haven't been."
