"I had never heard of this restaurant before until a friend recommended it. It’s a minimally lit restaurant that gives it an intimate feel. They were having issues with the heating upstairs, so we sat downstairs. We got some queso and a salad to start. The queso is super good! The salad was fresh and wasn’t overly dressed. I got the hanger steak for my main meal. It was so good. It was doused in some sort of butter topped with an avocado cilantro dressing on top. I tried some of my friend’s chicken, and it was very good. It was Smokey and moist. We shared broccoli and waffles fries too. The drinks were just okay to me. The food is where it’s at!"
