"The lady at the checkout counter at the Ann Taylor Galleria Houston was rude, abnoxious and racist. She called the customers names. Never had such a bad experience with any staff at any Ann Taylor. I hope The management takes appropriate actions to fix that lady's attitude or better yet, fire her"

"Horrible service and rude staff. I was yelled at for my gf coming out to show me something she tried on while I waited in the dressing room area. Since they do not allow men in the waiting area. The helper decided it was appropriate to raise her voice and embarrass us instead of nicely asking or letting us know about this unwritten rule."
