"The Meyerland store use to be one of the best stores. Now the customer service is horrible and the clothes selection is very limited. I do not like shopping at this location anymore."

"The customer service at this location is severely lacking. During multiple visits, myself and other shoppers have experienced blatant disregard from the staff. Upon entering, there is a complete lack of acknowledgment or greeting from employees despite making eye contact, which is disappointing. When attempting to engage them with questions, it feels like an inconvenience rather than receiving helpful assistance. I often resort to placing online orders for store pickup due to proximity to my apartment. However, my recent experience was frustrating. After weeks had passed since placing an order, I received no notification for pickup. Checking the order status revealed its arrival at the store on December 1st. A call to the store on December 8th resulted in the staff denying its delivery, citing the reason for not contacting me. After insisting and providing UPS delivery confirmation, they eventually acknowledged its presence. Even during the pickup, my daughter, who went in my place, was not acknowledged upon entering. While I appreciate the products at Lane Bryant, the consistently poor customer service at this particular location is disheartening. It significantly detracts from the shopping experience and makes me reconsider patronizing this store. I believe my money and loyalty would be better appreciated elsewhere."

"I was hired as an Assistant Manager for this location. I have 20 years experience in retail management. But I was told that I was not grasping all the inns and outs of this company and threatened with termination after only week 2 and an half weeks of employment. Ultimately I was only there 3 weeks. Although I enjoyed working there, I had to resign, I was under constant pressure feeling that I would be terminated every day. The store manager told me that she would give me a week but never gave feed back. Everyone learn at different rates. My many years of Management could have been an asset but we will never know. I’ve never had this happen to me in all my career. I’ve excelled at each organization I have worked for."
